the triple bonus jack is a great value meal, the burger is AMAZING for its price, with the addition of a chocolate shake for only $2 more too, great dral and great food

The milkshake and burger were the stars of the show. Fries and onion rings were crisp. Missing all sauce requested. Cheesecake is a small,single sliced,pre packaged, smelly mistake. Choices available and prices seemed to be mixed up with the online menu. Might give Jack another try but definitely not the cheesecake.

Been awhile since I had Jack's but it's always good, fresh; but they do occasionally skimp out the portions for their fries and don't include the sauces on the side unless it's extra charge. I'd suggest to order it every so week or two.

I usually get everything I order wit no issues, therehas been maybe 1 out of 10 times that they have missed something. over all it's good. My only complaint is that they need to add sauces to the menu because it'snot currently an option and when dashes ask for it during pick up the restaurant complains that sauces are extra I dont mind paying for them if it was an option to add it on the app.
