they forgot my pickles and my redbull came like half empty..and $7 for a medium redbull drink plus why is the chicken so dry it crispy but not moist. but fr $7 for a medium that is half empty got me :(

Was missing the fries in my combo. Ignored all my add-ons for my sandwich. The Sauced & Loaded Tiny Tacos were sloppy AF (but they did taste good, so for the price not bad). Jack's Spicy Chicken® w/ Cheese Combo was meh. Would've still been meh if they remembered the toppings.... The Chocolate Overload™ Cake barely had any choclate on it and wasn't warm.

The supreme sourdough breakfast sandwich was very dry and hard and not too good... I also tried the vanilla Boba shake and I have mixed reviews on that. I am a Boba lover and the boba itself was pretty good but t the shake was too thick and sweet...so maybe the milk tea boba drink would be better or the coffee iced boba drink perhaps would have been a better option (and extra boba should be requested as it didnt have much in it at all.

I love the Jumbo Egg Rolls (3), but they are out of the sweet and sour sauce 80% of the time. I had to use the taco sauce tonight instead. Jumbo egg rolls get 5 stars, but the fact that they are always out of the sauce, that is supposed to come with it brings my stars down to 2.

My sandwhich bread was hard and they barely even gave me curly fries. The customer service in the lobby was not good.
