Patty was raw/pink/and cold. Curly fries has black specks on them, like the fryer they were cooked in hadn't been skimmed or cleaned. Paid extra for pickles, received 2 pickle slices total. Will not be ordering again.

this place is so unprofessional and run by complete incompetence. I've been going to this one off and on for 10+ years now and the last 7 its been ran by the worst people ever. This is not a large fry guys. with how expensive everything is these days you should get what you pay for. also why is there no sauce add on, on the menu? I asked my dasher to please ask them for a handful because they only gave me the option to add 1 with my meal! they told him no even after speaking with the manager. why do these places act like the sauce is money and if they give you any it comes out of their paycheck. im done with this place

Made my food very fast and didn't have a shake so they gave me cheesecake and some cake to make up for it .Best Jack in the box around

Excuse me but I think you forgot something WHERE'S THE LETTUCE? Curly Large Curly Fries the container wasn't even half full. So disappointed 😞

I didn't like the Classic Birria Tiny Tacos wasnt expecting the curry taste. The Vanilla Shake w/ Boba was better than I expected.
