I bought jalapeño poppers and received 6/7. I ordered 2 sandwiches with extra mayonnaise, cheese, and GRILLED onions. Both of the sandwiches' meat and buns are super dry. It doesn't seem like I got any extra cheese that I bought, and there's no extra mayonnaise. The patty melt comes with grilled onions and I chose to get extra. There are raw onions added to this sandwich. I spent a lot of money to have 3/3 items messed up. Totally incompetent and I can say that because I've always worked in the food industry. $40 for crap food. Great job to the team who made my dinner, with expected leftovers for tomorrow. I was able to eat the 6/7 jalapeños given to me. But these dry sandwiches are going in the trash. NEVER AGAIN will I go here. Believe it when I say neither will friends or family.

I ordered a sourdough Large Sourdough Jack® Combo and my Large Sourdough Jack® wasn't even toasted. the Sourdough is soggy. these meals are expensive to not get it the way it's supposed to be cooked.

Loaded Breakfast Sandwich Combo Sandwich had NO bacon and was covered in grease. Meal was missing the hashbrown patty. Hash Brown Ordered 2 extra hashbrown patties. Both were dripping with grease.

I ordered this as a quick breakfast since they had a promotion. I was pretty disappointed with the food. The Bacon Breakfast Jack® was very thin, the bun was smashed down and looked old, only had 2 small strips of bacon and the cheese hadnt been melted.
The Jumbo Breakfast Platter w/ Bacon was a mess and the pancakes were really soggy. Looked nothing like the picture.
Definitely wouldn't order from here again!

High Mountain Arabica Coffee was HOT!Sausage Breakfast Jack® Combo comes with a hashbrown that was no longer warm & was definitely thrown in the bag, but the sausage sandwich was hot & so it was at least freshly made.
Chicken & Waffle Sticks were both over cooked but still edible, i guess. they forgot my syrup which was a bummer because hello waffles with no syrup is sad.
