this is THE BEST Jack-in-the-crack location in the downtown area! they ALWAYS remember to give you the sauces you order. whoever the boss is here needs to go to the downtown to the live oak store and teach them how to read a ticket

The dasher (Daniel) was great.
The Ultimate Cheeseburger had my extra cheese on it but it wasn't melted. There were only like 6 onion rings---& they were a bit overcooked.
There were no condiments---at all. No ketchup, salt, pepper, napkins, taco sauce----nothing. The 2 tacos were really good, though.

This doesn’t even remotely look close to the picture. I paid for cheese and extra sauce and didn’t get it. The sandwich is overcooked and it’s not fresh. Literally stuck to the paper. Jack in The box used to have one of the best fast food fish sandwiches of the season.

The food was overcooked the fries were overcooked, the chicken tenders were overcooked and salt the food wasn't tasty
