The sourdough smashed jack was soggy, the put a ton of melted butter on the bread. As soon as I picked it up the burger completely fell apart. The loaded tiny tacos had old lettuce and they were very stale... the only highlight of the meal was the churros

Fries not fully cooked or old. The eggrolls I had to reheat because it was cold and tasted like it wasn't completely cooked. I only left one star because I frequently eat here. This is my second bad experience.

Food was good but my sausage egg and cheese croissant had shells in the egg. I just crunched and kept moving

The onion rings were so harf honestly unable to eat. And the curly fried were definitely old soaked in oil.
Wouldn't order those 2 items again.

I asked for no mustard on the Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger™ but they also removed ketchup. The ketchup/mayo combo with the bacon/beef is what I was looking so forward to. Disappointed in that lack of flavor but the burger was still cooked well.
