The burger always hits the spot and the regular fries are great. The cluck chicken sandwich is so good it's a regular order. And the drink size doesn't disappoint

All the fried items I ordered tasted like old oil and the color on the fried food was almost burnt. Nothing was fresh. One of my 3 stuffed jalapeño didn't have jalapeño or cheese in it so really I only got 2 out of 3 poppers

Ordered an Ultimate Cheeseburger™ Combo . Burger was nasty took 2 bites and spit it out. Couldn't eat it. I usually get this and it's good but this time it was bad and I didn't qualify for a credit or anything.

my buttery bacon Swiss burger was dry my bread was hard my fries were overcooked I called the store and they told me to contact doordash to get my refund
