Everything was PERFECT tonight. No complaints. Special custom items were exactly as asked. We got our sauces and everything was fresh.

my order arrived over an hour after I placed the order. all the food was cold. the onion rings were so hard I couldn't chew them and though I ordered the tacos with no sauce they were so spicy I could not eat those either. overall very bad food

French Fries were old and refried in old oil (hint why they came out so dark). Two Tacos were also fried in old oil. Breakfast Jack® were good and the Monster Cookie Shake as well.

I ordered the brown rice bowl and they gave me white rice not to mention they used a chicken patty instead of the cut chickn that's shown in the picture and also the bowl was 3/4 of the way full as opposed to literally any other jack in the box. I guess they'll just hire anybody these days 1 star would not recommend, at least from this store.

The receipt even says grilled chicken not crispy like how do you mess that up, this will probably prevent me from ordering in the future and this is not the first time I have had an issue with this store even going through the drive through
