Excellent egg rolls. Onion rings have real sliced onion not "condensed onion pieces". Make sure to get the sweet and sour sauce!

the chicken teriyaki bowl all the rice was hard and there was a half a scoop of rice. I paid $9 for a half a scoop of rice that wasn't even three bitefuls and hard. they should have never given hard old rice to a customer.

I wasn't a fan of the new Philly sandwhich. Bread felt microwaved instead of fresh. Pretty disappointed in the overcooked meat as meal.

We just ordered from them and got spicy grilled chicken wraps with jalapeños with spicy sauce instead of the Classic Grilled Jack Wrap . For someone who doesn't eat jalapeños, the food and had to be thrown away. Jack's Spicy Chicken® w/ Cheese was burnt. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
