The Curly fries were barely even half full, we were missing the burger and the tiny tacos. the regular tacos were soaked in sauce and super greasy. we got a random third drink. and to top it all off the food was cold and smashed all together in one bag.

too much hot sauce and only had 1/2 of tocos filled... the rest was spilled all over in the bag. these were the worst i have ever gotten from j-in-box. Sandwich was great I just threw the tacos and coffe out. won't order these items in the future...

STOP PUTTING HASHBROWNS IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BAG UNDER ALL THE HEAVY STUFF!!!! IM TIRED OF NOT BEING ABLE TO EAT MY HASHBROWNS BECAUSE THEY ARE STUCK TO THE BAG THEY ARE IN!!!!! This is a problem wether we go in, go through drive-thru or order from DoorDash. Your hashbrowns are not cheap. Stop making them inedible.

Better then I expected honestly. Carmel Sweet Cream coffee was sweet but not bad. I got the wrong burger and wasn't a huge fan of the Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger, but I think that was my error not theirs. Overall would order again.

They gave me half the quantity of the classic popcorn chicken big box combo and classic popcorn chicken. I feel like this Jack-in-the-Box in Ferndale just does not care whatsoever. Do not go to this Jack-in-the-Box in Ferndale. Absolutely terrible.
