I ordered a spicy Large Jack's Spicy Chicken® w/ Cheese Combo a Meat Lovers Breakfast Burrito and a Side Salad... not a single sauce, ketchup, or dressing was included in my order.
No napkins and no utensils.
The chicken sandwich was good, but fries were not fresh. Breakfast Burrito is ok but every time is becoming smaller.

They accommodated me when a different dasher stole my order and didn't deliver it and made my food fresh again which is very appreciative

The chicken strips were so overcooked and the fries were chewy and had brown flecks all over them. It's like the food from yesterday was reheated and served today.

Shake was completely exposed. Restaurant needs to use a different lid for deliveries. what's the point of taping shut all the bags if the drink has no cover for the opening?
Dasher was there for 15min waiting for the order. Order wasn't ready until after the estimated delivery time expired.

The food was good, the chocolate shake was quite tasty. The only thing missing was the sauce for the tacos. That said, I don't know if extra sauce means sauce on the tacos, or extra packages of taco sauce.
