Bread was not toasted burger was not cheesy and meat was barely warm. End Tomotoes.
The lettuce in tacos was to shredded taco were good.

Lately the egg rolls and tacos are cooked very hard and I NEVER EVER get my lime sauce for my mini tacos. I requested no whip cream on my shake, but they added it anyway. If it doesn't improve, I will no longer order from this restaurant on Door Dash. Thanks🙏🙏🙏

The food was not correct the way I ordered it. There shake machine was down again (almost as bad as mcdonalds). The fries they sent me were cold and hard like hard candy. This is absolutely the worse jack in the box I have ever been to or ordered from! I wish we could oh me chooose which store the order went to cause the one on Henderson is much better than this one!!!

Followed instructions on sourdough jack sandwich. Doubt holes a little overdone but still delicious.

It was very good food but I was missing some food but I don't blame the workers because I did order a big order and I got rightfully accommodated so I'm very satisfied with this store
