Best food I have had from Jack in the box in a long time! The tacos were perfectly crispy and the lettuce was fresh!! The curly fries were also so crispy and good. I hope they keep making it this fresh everytime so I could go more often.

It would be nice if staff follow the menu because they miss ingredients on burgers and they always give me the wrong drink when I do pick up. Since I'm paying for it I would like to have what I ordered.

Extra toppings on the Sourdough Jack were on the mark without being too sloppy or falling apart; and followed directions to the letter.

The fries were cold, and the chicken tenders were warm (not hot, though); so im not sure if they were under a warmer for a period of time after being boxed. Also, for the past several orders; they have neglected to provide any of Ranch or Honey Mustard dipping sauces for the chicken AND fries when requested; but I am grateful you've at least included ketchup, which you haven't bothered to do either. I usually do not have any problems with this location following instructions, especially since you ask for so many specifics when placing an order; so I'm not sure where the drop in communication/delivery is occurring (Dasher f/u or bag prep), but I am certain both entities can do so much better, especially since you have in the past. Anyway, thank you for your time; and I look forward to your improved efforts.

these burgers were literally disgusting, weird texture and flavor, like it was expired...even the fries tasted weird
