my bread was burnt to quite literally a crisp and i asked for ketchup and ranch and didnt receive any sauces inside my CLOSED TAPED up bag ! was very unhappy with the service!

placed an order for egg rolls and stuffed peppers with buttermilk ranch and sweet and sour but no sauces. Not the first time this happens. the food was fresh and great but I had no sauces which was disappointing.

The hot mess meal that I received was like it was thrown together, and there was no cheese. Where was the cheese? It was like y'all barely put any cheese sauce.
