Jack is consistently perfect with their orders. The food arrives looking like it's from an ad. The taste is delicious and fresh. They have the best milkshakes around! Every order has been customized, yet prepped and ready without any errors, super quick.

I just want to say every time I have ordered from here except for a couple of times but since then my food have been fresh properly packaged protein portion is great tastes wonderful I will order here again. I mean, they have stepped up their game on delivery from Food being hot fresh and ready and on time I don't have no complaints at all. I've also ordered in the morning the evening the late night very late night early morning just to see was my food still going to be the same whatever new employees they got up there great work congratulation I stay nearby. I do drive by all the time and I get ice and I get food. My food is freshly made every time when I come there it's been a couple of times where it was not fresh hot and ready but ever since talked to Someone, this problem has been resolved top-notch

I ordered a sourdough combo with a large Dr. Pepper. When the DoorDash person delivered , he said he asked if there was a drink with the meal and was told a drink was not ordered. It very much was. They charge you almost $4.00 for a drink and then to not receive it is unacceptable. Not very happy.

Chicken patties were dry and overcooked, and tiny tacos were regular instead of seasoned.
