I bought the the Build Your Own Munchie Meal and alongside that I ordered the potato wedges. the Build Your Own Munchie Meal was great, no complaints there but when I opened my potato wedges, they gave me so little potatoes, it only had 4 or 5. last time I remembered they were loaded. Potato wedges definitely not worth the price

ordered the Jumbo Jack® Cheeseburger Combo and Jumbo Breakfast Platter w/ Classic French Toast Sticks & Sausage Combo with 3PC Classic French Toast Sticks and an extra Hash Brown and it was all so fresh and delicious! ordered this a few months ago and did not disappoint! it didn't disappoint this time either. very filling sizes!

everything was great. only thing is i ordered a large drink but instead i got a small but it's totally okay, it was a coffee, i don't need it like that anyway. i would definitely order again. the food was fresh and everything. very satisfied!!

The fish sandwich was overcooked, therefore it was very dry. The Chicken Nuggets (10) were overcooked and dry.

So JACK IN THE BOX... this is what you are serving your patrons!!
I’m reporting a serious food quality issue with my order. The onion rings I received are extremely overcooked/burnt and some pieces appear crushed and inedible. The food does not resemble what should be served and I cannot eat it.
I have attached a photo showing the condition of the food when I opened the container. Because the item arrived this way, I’m requesting a full refund for this portion of my order.
