Bacon Double Smashed Jack™ Combo was amazing the quality of taste was great all the food today was hot and delicious! They did an awesome job!!! My Co workers really enjoyed the loaded Loaded Breakfast Sandwiches I ordered them. Amazing value very large Loaded Breakfast Sandwich ❤️❤️

I paid extra for orange juice to go with the Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich Combo . It was left out of the order. When I called to rectify the matter, the worker that answered the phone said that I had reached the Beaumont location, not the Houston location and there was a mix up in the phone numbers.

My burger had everything I didn't want on it and the meat tasted like it was cooked in the microwave and had a rubber like texture and I should've taken a picture

They didnt send the right shakes we had a vanilla with boba one and they sent 2 coffees instead and a large plain vanilla shake in place. The munchie box was bare minimum. One onion ring and the wrong fries . The sandwiches were cold . Will not be ordering from this location again.
