This is my first time eating at Jack (don't judge me) and the Cluck Sandwich is AMAZING!!!! The Curly Fries arrived hot and crispy.

I live across the street from this location and prefer to DoorDash bc the people that work there are always extremely rude. This will be the last time I even do that bc they can't even do simple things like put bacon on a bacon burger. They always forget condiments (even when I pay for extras) the tacos here are all taco shell with barely anything else inside of them. If I could give zero stars for this store I would.

Tacos had cheese and no sauce was supposed to have sauce no cheese sourdough bun was stale and meat was old and dry.

I ordered the special sauce that comes on the Cluck Sandwich plus extra and the regular mayo option. They gave me mayo only plus extra mayo and no special cluck sauce!!! Like really! That is the whole point of the sandwich! Also, the chicken is very stringy and fatty. It's mostly just bread and mayo. *sigh*
