I requested EXTRA Lettuce, was charged for it then they did not add it, barely any lettuce at all, sloppy on the sauce, it was added to the top of the taco so basically it was on the wrapper vs inside the taco.
Secondly they didn't include Ranch dressing with the Jalapeños and over cooked them.
Lastly the App offers 7pc Jalapeños for $2 something but it doesn't tell you that's it's an "up-sale" vs "in addition" to the fries that are supposed to come with the combo order.
Both the Store and the App need improvements in quality control, Customer Service and Communication.

My bowl appears to be incomplete! Ive never received such a meager serving at JIB.
No sweet and sour sauce with my eggroll either.
No napkins.
I love JIB, but this order did not meet expectations.

the Bacon Double Smashed Jack™ Combo was good, but it didn't actually have smashed patties. They were the regular ones from any other burger
