The chicken Patty I received was burnt and also there was barely any chicken. Majority of the chicken Patty was just crust. Very disappointing.

I couldn't eat the hash browns....way too soggy with old tasting grease. Won't be ordering these from this location again. Everything else was ok.... nothing exceptional. Had better from other locations.

Got the boba tea no ice and a Large Bacon & Swiss Buttery Jack® Combo
Whole meal was delicious lived in area for 11 years now so I might be bias but this is the best Jack in town

My jumbo jack was rock hard, no joke. On top of it not being fresh it looked like a 2 year old threw it together with mayo all over their hands.

Ordered 10 nuggets and received8 nuggets with 2 churros. I also ordered a salad and didn't get dressing. Always something wrong with our orders 80 percent of the time.
