Both burgers were overcooked. It's been a while since we have had Jack in the Box but the burgers have gotten smaller. If I wanted a small buger, I would order from McDonald's.

The Chick n tater melt was great, as was the cheesecake, but the cheesy fries were terrible. They came in a fully closed box that sealed in the steam and caused them to get soggy. Totally unappetizing; they went straight in the trash. To be fair, I don't think that was the store's fault. I think that is corporate's fault for the design of the box without vents for steam.

Missing ranch, the small tacos were sad, just a bunch of lettuce on top, didn't get a Halloween cup either, ordered jalapeños and didn't get that either

The nuggets were clearly just thrown in the frier again to try and make them seem fresh. They are dark, hard, and taste of old gross oil.
