The hell was that chicken sandwich that I ordered? They cut the grilled chicken in half and put it in the sandwich as if I was on a balanced diet. If I could post a picture of what I got on here, I would. You can find my picture on Yelp. The spicy roost fries are pretty good. Great $5 deal to fill yourself up for a quick 30 minute lunch break. You get a chicken strip cut into four pieces and placed on a bed of fries with some jalapeños, buffalo & cheddar sauce. For the jalapeño poppers, *chef's kiss* S tier fast food snack.

This Jacks always does things perfect but today they failed. Asked for both my drinks with no ice and both had ice. Ordered onion rings and only got 4 lol like what?! Half the box was empty. My crunchy tacos came with no lettuce like really?? All things I asked for were ignored and they forgot my ranch too. Sigh.

I usually order same thing two to three times a week. No onions, no pickles , this time it was not custom it had pickles and lettuce was falling out of the Jumbo Jack® Cheeseburger looked like jr. jumbo jack .

they followed the no mustard instruction, fries were a bit soggy but they were fine. they always forget the dipping sauces, other than that usual service, would order again.

Yo shout out to the employees for hooking it up with all the bomb sauces. Food was pretty good for Jack in the crack.
