First order with Jack in the Box and it was perfect. Food was hot, ingredients were fresh, and shakes were better than described. Really surprised by the quality. Expected fast food and received GOOD FOOD. I'm a fan.

Bacon and Swiss buttery Jack looks beyond pathetic! It was enemic in bacon. Never saw any Swiss cheese! I'd send a picture but not giving access to my camera!! I did take a picture though! Looked forever too find and add a plain burger. Which I know you used to be able to do. I resorted on one of there little sliders!! Boy why bother.....Beyond tiny!!

The Build Your Own Munchie Meal hit the spot. I've been eating at Jack's since I was a kid and it's just keeps getting better over the years, ever since they brought Jack back.

They gave me a stale cold burger patty. I was really craving a jumbo Large Jumbo Jack® Combo and I was disappointed because the meat was dry, cold and stale tasting. I did order late night but I don't think it excuses that.

This location is awful. I ordered 6 tacos and 2 large fries and because they don't have an option to request (or even pay for) condiments, I had to ask my dasher to ask for ranch and hot sauce and they told him NO. That it had to be paid for. $20 of food and not a single ranch or hot sauce! Ridiculous!
