horrible gave me my food in wrong container and gave me 10 chicken poppers for 7 buck and gave me no sauce when I chose for food horrible.

The tacos were burnt and to crisps!! seemed like they were a day old. The French Toast were like rubber also seemed like they were day old.

the good good sauce is just terrible. the taste of the smashburger is gross. We both threw them away. They need to go back to secret sauce. even the burger had a terrible taste to it. If this is what Jack is now, I do not need to go there again.

Paid extra for large curly fries but they gave medium portioned regular fries and no extra sauces. Just pick it up to make sure they dont mess up. Also upcharged like crazy.

I wish they would use Rye bread for the patty melts. Because they are really good with sour dough with rye, wow! Rings were crispy and excellent as always. Pair that with an awesome Dasher and you have it made!
