i ordered a box of 3 eggrolls. I got 1 eggroll in a french fry bag. The lettuce was very old in the tacos and the breakfast Jacks had overcooked and spongy. The shakes were melty and not even fully blended. All in all a terrible meal

So little popcorn chicken compared to previous times. The popcorn chicken bag that costs less literally has more chicken than this.

Large Sourdough Jack® Combo was disappointing. Dry, bread was stale. Barely any sauce on patty. Also didn't get sauces on side.

The chocolate shake had some type of berry topping. The ‘flavor’ permeated the entire shake. I was only able to consume about half because the flavor was kind of hideous.

I don't know whats going on with this place, but the last two times i ordered from them the fries sucked, dry and sriveled. It's not hard to make fries I know because I have. The mini chimes look like they have been sitting on the hot spot for a few hours. The last time I got chicken strips they tasted like they were fried in old cooking oil, they were also dry. The only thing that I got there lately was drinks.
