I've had food from this particular Jack in the Box store twice: once in person at the store, and this time from DoorDash. Both times, the food was not very satisfactory. The first time - in-person - the food was dry and not fresh, which is sad considering it was around noon. This time, the food was also dry and not fresh, but it was after 9PM, which is more excusable - but still not a good look when you get food at noon and it's dead and dry and still at night it's dead and dry.
This time, the food was also not up to the specification of the order: Both sandwiches appeared to be lacking the "buttery sauce," one of which should've had extra buttery sauce. Or perhaps because the sandwiches were old and not fresh, whatever buttery sauce was supposed to be on them had been thoroughly absorbed into the buns thus becoming unnoticeable, but who knows. The lettuce on one sandwich was mummified, very difficult to eat. Fries and onion rings were not fresh. While the 2 Tacos were at least warm upon arrival, they were certainly not hot. I can confirm this is no fault of the delivery driver; they arrived at the store before the order was ready, and delivered it very quickly, in less than ten minutes. The food was simply quite far from fresh, and was obviously put together using whatever they had lying around.
Overall, I'm deeply dissatisfied with this particular Jack in the Box location. There is another one much closer to my home, but the one near my home is not the one DoorDash has available. I will not order Jack in the Box from DoorDash again so long as this is the set location, nor will I return to that location in person.

Seems like the chicken was fried in month old oil, absolutely horrendous fried Spicy Chicken Biscuit

They forgot my drink again. Large mocha iced coffee that I paid $3 extra dollars for. This was all dasher gave me plus a straw... with no drink

The large bacon ultimate cheeseburger only have one small piece of bacon. WACK! Everything else was alright.
