Spicy chicken strips are so good esp paired with the good good sauce and ranch! I also got the mini churro bites and a coke. Great job jack in the box :D

The Sourdough Jack® was built unevenly. The burger is round as is the bun--how hard can it be to line them up? And place the remaining ingredients evenly on top? Everything seemed to be just placed Willy Nilly. And the pickles I ordered were missing. Definitely not a world problem, but you should get what you pay for and with the cost being $8.95 you should get better quality. Oh, and the dip cup for the jumbo egg roll was also missing. Had this been an in store order, I would have returned it for a refund and gone elsewhere.

The smash burger had minimal sauce and only on one side only a couple uncooked onions and not a normal amount of pickles and the cheese was falling off one side leaving over half the burger with no cheese

The staff were more concerned with each others personal lives than effectively completing our order. Hot Mess Double Cheeseburgers are no longer available & substitutions are limited. We scheduled for pick up and ended up sitting there for over 30 minutes because we had to ask for our fries multiple times so by the time weleft our food was cold. 8PC Chicken Nuggets Combo were so overcooked that our toddler couldn't eat them. 0/10 do not recommend when we spent over $70 on "fast" food.

unfortunately it's really hit and miss with this store. Food always tastes good but this is not this first time that i've been left without part of my order. crazy thing is it always seems to be the last thing on the receipt.
