So I got my Oreo® Shake that never seems to disappoint I like how they make it thick but not too thick to where I can't use my straw to drink it, my Fanta was so delicious 10/10 love the fizz not to mention how much ice was in it moving to the great and not so great.. best Seasoned Curly Fries I've had in awhile 100/100 so would get again,the Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club Combo beautifully crispy chicken but my bun was practically burnt little to no mayo whatsoever on the bottom,the Cheesecake tasted like a white sandy paste to me ,and the Mini Churros however did disappoint me too because I personally would like to have a bit more filling do to the texture on my tongue (everyone plz note that most of my experience here could have a lot to do with my pregnancy because your taste buds do change)

Egg rolls tasted like bad oil and my large drink showed up in a medium cup and there were no napkins in the bag in 2025 ffs. Will I live, I think so, but it seems like this JIB frequently fails at the basics.

I really like thebbq potatoe BBQ Potato Chip Flavored Seasoned Curly Fries, but if im paying for them, I'd at least like to get my money worth, my box of fries was only half full and did not seem very fresh, like someone ordered them earlier in the day and ddidn't get them, but I did.. the rest of the meal i ordered was good.. also my delivery driver Jose was courteous and great ccommunication..

the 4pc Sweet Reaper Mozzarella Sticks and the Smashed Jack™ Sliders Munchie Meal are definitely something I hope they keep on the menu. absolutely surprise me with how good they were. they're regular mozzarella are good too but the reaper ones are definitely an upgrade. The sliders surprised me the most. I expected them to suck but i was wrong.
