The Sourdough Jack and Jumbo Egg Rolls are always good, but I wish so much JIB would improve their takeout packaging. There is no way that a burger wrapped in paper can arrive anywhere still warm. They are ALWAYS cold. Maybe some foil???

I love the Sourdough Jack® and the 2 Tacos so much. Always delicious. I sure wish JIB would package in something to retain the foods heat rather than just paper wrapping the burgers.

Sourdough Jack® burgers were good, but they are always cold when they arrive. But then they only wrap them in paper. No foil, nothing to help keep them warm. I really wish JIB would do better on that. Love the Jumbo Egg Rolls (3). They were at least warm.

I paid for seven stuffed jalapeños and I received six, and then this tiny little piece of fried dough with nothing in it as a seventh. That's ridiculous considering I already paid like 30 something dollars just for this meal.

Eggrolls were burnt. Chocolate Overload™ Cake was yummy.
