The bacon is over cooked, the sausage tasted weird this time, eggs were undercooked as was the hash brown. This used to be my favorite meal. What happened?

Sourdough Patty Melt Combo didn't have no sauce on it sandwich was really dry and the onions weren't even grilled they were just sliced up and thrown on the sandwich
