Everything was in a bag instead of inside a box and they also missed my gremlin merch that goes with my gremlin box meal

The orders were correct however it arrived extremely cold. Shake was already melted and the fries already felt like they'd been sitting out for a while. The crew at Jack in the box do not open the restaurant doors for dashers which results in them waiting in the long drive thru just to receive it.

I got normal good good sauce instead of the spicy good good sauce I ordered,I also found French fries in my curly fries...But the buttery Jack was amazing
