Never place condiments regardless of how many times I specify place condiments. Stale fries upon arrival. I get that it's fast food and all but I'm not about to eat stale fries and have no type of condiments .

My curly fries weren't cooked properly and arrived loaded with grease. Not the quality typical of Jack!
