At first attempted to order myself thru drive thru; well the worker at window tried to upcharge me with my total allegedly at 25 bucks ; when I inquired why the upcharge he just looked at me so I drove off . Once at my destination I downloaded door dash app and exact order with my 4.75 tip kept my total under 20 dollars. For 3 breakfast jacks and an Oreo shake-they tasted DIVINE!

The burritos and hash browns were abnormally greasy. I get it, it's fast food and fried. The food was hot but the outside bag was soaking in grease. The sleeves that held the hash browns had oil pooling in the bottom

We were shorted on our order (chocolate overload cake) and when I call it's a pickup and hang up. Very unprofessional, I will be contacting my bank if this is not resolved. The buttery smashed jack is a joke. It's more of a kids sandwich than a burger.

It's bad enough that I can't ever get a full thing of fries. This time they're not even the right fries. Ordered curly fries. Did not get curly fries. Plus they're cold because it took over 30 minutes for dasher to get my food.

The fries were more than cold they were old. They had obviously been out for a while. I suppose no one wanted to fry up a new batch at 10 pm? I ordered regular fries but I received half curly and half regular in the same container. We only ordered 1 fry and 2 burgers. The burgers were barely warm. French fries that are almost 4 dollars a serving should be fresh, warm and not a mixture of two different kinds.
