• 10/23/23chicken nuggets were burnt, hard and cold. fries were half filled, and also cold.
shake was halfway filled but looks like it spilled out the side of the cup? Shake wasn't supposed to have whipped dream but it did. :(

• 1/19/25I love the Two Tacos! They are so crunchy, greasy and delicious! The Chocolate Overload™ Cake was pretty good. The Spicy Grilled Jack Wrap was totally wrong. They gave me a regular Jack wrap with pickled and bacon, which totally grossed me out. I do not eat bacon. The spicy one has jalapenos and spicy jack sauce, no pickles or bacon! My dog ate it, and he loved it.

• 2/26/26The Classic Sauced & Loaded Potato Wedges were fantastic! Super crispy around the edges and fluffy in the middle. I wish I'd ordered two.

• 6/10/26I paid extra for taco sauce and got none. Fries weren't full at all. Chicken sandwich was good even though the bun was ripped

• 7/6/26Did the sourdough jack shrink recently. it has been a while...I don't remember it being this small.
also, they sent an order of churros instead of stuffed jalapenos I ordered.
