The tacos tasted like the oil cooked in was old. And the lettuce was wilted and discolored.

Driver waited 28mins for our food. Food was Luke warm. Tacos were soggy from sitting. Driver kept in contact with me and he took a picture of employees standing around while my food sat on counter. Was very displeased with Jack in the Box but your driver was exceptional. Driver should also be contacting you about this situation. Thank you.
