Taco shells were very hard, not fresh. Had no sauce on them. Disappointing. I have had much better from them.

The hashbrowns for all the meals were saturated in grease. It's like they were either not cooked all the way or they did not get drained before they were packaged. Everything else was ok. There was also no syrup put in the bag for any of the french sticks.

This location is terrible. They are always missing something. If they do get everything in the bag, it's wrong and sloppy. Highly recommend avoiding this place as their management fails to correct issues.

We ordered the fish sandwich, 2 tacos and 2 chocolate cakes. The fish sandwich would have been good if it was made right. I added cheese but there was nothing else on it. Can you imagine a Moby Jack without tartar sauce?!! I can't be 100% sure but I believe the 2 tacos had been made earlier and then dropped back into the fryer. They weren't crisp, the meat was extra weird and they were a very dark color. The Lava Cakes miraculously turned into Cheesecakes. We don't like cheesecake. Was hoping the recent remodel would improve the Jack in the Box experience. Sadly, only the physical building was improved.
