Chocolate shake was really good, but tacos were soggy & we were disappointed in the onion rings. Only 4 rings, then broken pieces of 1 more. 2nd time we've tried them, thought they'd improve , but for the price, the sub par quality & quantity we received, we sadly wouldn't recommend them. Sorry. 😒

I paid extra to get onion rings and they had been left in the fryer way too long. Just threw them away rather than risk breaking a tooth. Can't believe they would send out something like that.

order i received was wrong. ordered regular chicken and curly fries received spicy chicken w/ regular fries. the cheeseburger was flat as a pancake and something i could get cheaper elsewhere. it's the small details that matter most likely won't order from this establishment again

i ordered not only curly fries but buttermilk ranch to go with it, this happens every time i door dash from jack in the box, last time i didnt get fries at all
