i got the Large Classic Smashed Jack Combo with stuffed jalapeños instead of fries. i gotta say i was disappointed in the size of the burger. for this price you could get a five guys double with all the fixings. or a large burger from any steakhouse. i couldnt decide if i liked the taste of it. the burger tasted like it might have artificial smoke flavoring in it. either way it was a bit disappointing.

when I ordered I asked for bacon on the burger, worker refused. My dasher got to the door NOTHING WAS CLOSED n the DASHER said they was being RUDE to her..no doordash stickers or nothing. Poor service.. good food.. it's very fresh, good portion. Probably wont order from this jack in the box again .

jack is one of my favorites I always go to, and it's even better tasting when you find one of the good stores like Hitchcock, my advice for new people best choose morning or afternoon is the best times, its so good and fresh!!! :D and staff are constantly nice and offering extra if any mess ups I love it!!!

the tacos were not loaded nor sauced. the shake was not edible. the boba were hard as rocks. chicken nuggets were surprisingly great.
