Not gonna lie, this was better than we thought it'd be, lol. Food was fresh and warm even when it got here and had all the customizations right. Also, the cheesesticks were better than most that we've had from bigger chain restaurants. Maybe we got lucky but either way 5 stars from us on this one for food quality and delivery :)

The shake I ordered was made from the finest cows in America. Hand churned to perfection. Coupled with the incredible flavor and consistency of Oreo cookies infused.. I have yet to find a more delicious Large Oreo® Shake elsewhere in the universe. Not just on this planet..

Consistently miss things, give you the wrong meal like the Bacon & Swiss Buttery Smashed Jack™ Combo coming in with lettuce tomato and no buttery anything. Unless you're just getting Two Tacos don't bother with this jack in the box. Waste of money.

My chicken bowl was not available. i received a call from the dasher saying Jack employee wanted to pass on order info & see if I wanted something else or refund. We've never had a Jack do this before!

The chicken wrap that I had was aweful. It's like they used the last tender that was out the longest. Its a shame because I have had the wrap before and it tasted delicious. This time it didn't. I couldnt even bite through the tender so I had to just take it out and eat the Classic Grilled Jack Wrap without the chicken. Overall, the rest of my meal was good:)
