I never have a problem with jack in the box, the service is all it needs to be and the food is always great! If I order dash pickup they don't fuss about me picking up from the drive through.... unlike others, cough cough, wendys, cough cough, never going back. How absurd to get yelled at for something that was nonexistent as an issue here at jack in the box. Happy I could pick up my food stress free.

order was 30 minutes late. chicken nuggets were burnt to a crisp, also, ordered a lemonade and received some red dye drink. poor quality food and extremely overpriced.

Burger was really over done. black pieces of burned meat was falling off. Fries soggy. curly fry box half full.

tacos were ordered for no lettuce or.taco sauce and had both. so much taco sauce they were soggy and inedible. fries were cold, hard and stale. chicken nuggets were also rock hard, burnt and over cooked. all in all only the shake and one burger for my son was edible.

Order took to long to get, waited almost over an hour for this order because two of my shakes were made incorrectly. The Oreo® Shakes were the ones they messed up and caused me to wait almost over an hour for four shakes.
