Id like to shout out about the customer service; twice ive ordered from here and twice they sell out but the courtesy of calling me to satisy me with substitutions shows they care. They also threw in free extra stuff to further apologize. The donuts are fresh, warm, and delicious.

The cinnamon roll is the only donut thats warm & taste fresh. Glazed and cream filling donuts were cold and clearly yesterday's left over donuts. This was at 6:30am!! Ordered 2 donuts hole orders for each kid to eat on their way to school. They tossed the donut holes in the box with the rest of the donuts. They did not place in individual bags as industry standard. They placed the kolache in a bag and placed the bag in the box as well.
Second time I've had day old stale donuts from this location on E 42nd. It will be the last. I love Jack n Jill but recommend you go to another location. No excuse for stale day old donuts. Disappointed

Ordered at 4:30 am and tasted the freshness of the donuts, the glaze melted into my mouth and I felt as if I was biting into a cloud, 100% would recommend ordering in the morning for the best quality.

The best experience I could ask for. I received a personal phone call from Jack N Jills just to make sure i was comfortable with the order I placed on doordash. It made me feel valued as a customer. Plus the lady i spoke with had outstanding customer service. Its hard to believe that some people have no idea about their establishment, but all of that will change soon. A++ in my book.
