Everything was totally delicious and fresh!!!!!! AND, my gravy was not slung all over the container or the inside of the bag this time........which was a major plus!!!!! Jack's is awesome, but y'all really need to make sure your fried chicken is still fresh and juicy for your customers in the evening as well as the mornings!! We got some chicken a couple of days ago and it hadgreat flavor, but most of it was so hard we could barely chew it!!! We ate what we could, cuz we were starving (not literally). It just seemed like it was maybe overcooked. It's possible y'all may have had a sub cook that day, if so, please don't let him come back!!! Hahaha!!!

Jacks always forgets my extra bacon add on. I'd like a refund for that as it has happened multiple times.
