The Texas Caviar, was surprisingly very good. it was more on the dill/ relish side. The Chopped Brisket Plate, was more then I expected the portion was huge, and well worth the price. The only con was the sauce was too spicy for me, but when I mixed with my greens it balanced perfectly.

I did not like the chili. I prefer a more traditional chili, this was more like bottom of the pot sauce and shredded meat.

My Plain Caesar with Brisket was one of the best salads I've ever had. I love how they package the ingredients separately. The Caesar dressing is perfection. Their portions are generous and enough for 2 meals. The Buttermilk Cornbread and honey butter were delicious. Highly recommend!

Food was SO good. The beans had so much flavor with just a little kick to it. The pulled pork was amazing. It just fell apart and was seasoned so well. The beans and 1/4 pulled pork was roughly 410 calories with 26g of proteins by my calculations, so it was a perfect lunch for those who count.

all delicious especially peach cobbler which was best I'd hd anywhere, the pecan pie was great too, huge sandwich with humongous potions of brisket, cornbread was sweet with wonderful honey butter. beans tasty,a good find for bbq with huge portions, my new favorite bbq
