My past few orders have been wrong. My milkshake from a previous order was cookies and cream when I bought cookie dough. This recent order, my Grilled Chicken BLT Salad didn't even have any chicken. It tasted okay but not good enough to be missing my chicken. The Milkshake I ordered was covered in ice cream on the outside as well. Very messy.

No jelly like I asked for. And the big bfast sandwich had a tiny little egg on it. Its all bread and no Mayo as it advertises. Not happy

On arrival food was hot still however it had been turned upside down & the grits & gravy was all over everything..Not sure if the store itself did it or the dasher, but we still ate it & overall the food was good

Arrived at Jacks to pick up order and it wasn't there. They said they didn't even have an order. We asked about doing order in store and was told it would be at least 30 minutes. This was for 3 sandwiches and 2 orders of chicken fingers. This restaraunt has gotten consistently worse over time.
