I've read multiple revuews about how people never get the donuts they order, but I've gotten super lucky each time I've order for evryine at my job! Jack's is always such a hit, definitely a fan-fav! The Iced-Jelly Donut coffee is sweet and delicious, as well as the Gold Mine drink!

They missed one donut and replaced it with a different one without notice. The chocolate icing wasn’t mixed well—it had unmixed chocolate instead of a smooth texture. The cinnamon sugar “twists” were flat swirls, more like a thin cinnamon roll.
Everything tasted bland sweet with very little chocolate flavor. Overall, not a good experience.
