Food was very good, burger was nice and juicy, I had the Bigger Jack. fries were good and crisp and not overly saturated in grease and salt, just about right. It had been a while since I last ate from Jack's. Will do so again soon.

Tommy is a great dasher! However I am sorry to say that I was greatly disappointed in the 4 bacon, egg and cheese burrito combos from Jacks. They have always done a great job with our food and we have eaten there a lot in the past three years. The burritos in our combos were nothing...meaning thrown together and sloppy with hardly anything on them. My children ate them and were still hungry 😔. Jacks I have loved your food and the kind service in the past but you really need to step up your game on those combos! Thanks.

I ordered a breakfast with sausage and I got bacon instead. The eggs and grits were nasty with bacon grease on both. First time I ever had bad service from Jacks. Ver dissatisfied.

Very small and burnt..Usually they are bigger and cookd right.. Everything else was food..This steak is my favotite..

Missing Buttered Biscuit only 3 biscuits were in bag . This isn't first time we've had problems with accurate food from jacks
