chicken sandwich combo was hot, tasty with the bigger jack burger too! fries were hot n fresh! and large cokes was cold ! thank you! would order again!

ordered 2 Fried Chicken Dinner 3pc, 1 with 2 breasts & a wing & the other was 1 breast & 2 legs. We received 1 breast, 1 wing, 3 tenders &the other had 2 thighs & 1 leg. the biscuits were crunchy around the edges, & the coleslaw was bland👎
Plus, we couldn't get the 2 Salad - BLT bc they were supposedly out of lettuce.

This was my first time trying Jack's. It was one of the worst orders I have ever placed. The biscuit was so hard, like a brick. I was so disappointed.

Food was good, but the HiC fruit punch wasn't large size and watered down heavily, also filled 90% ice

They got my order wrong. I ordered 3 breast and got 1 breast 1 wing and 1 thigh. I ordered a strawberry pie and got peach. The chicken tasted like it was cooked in old or burned grease. The slaw and mashed potatoes were good but the biscuit was not good like they used to be.
