Big Breakfast Sandwiches were burnt on the outside & cold on the inside. Hash browns were a cold, mushy mess. (I couldn't even pick them up with my fingers.) Drink was missing like always. This Jack's does not have ANY quality control.

This is the second time that Jack's has messed up. Last time I bought an extra biscuit with my order and did not receive it. This time the order was wrong and I didn't receive my drink. I ordered the big bacon with no cheese, lettuce, or tomato. All of it was on my burger. Not the delivery guys fault, it was Jack's who messed this one up.

my order was short two orders of French fries and all 4 of my dipping sauce for the tenders I'm upset about that cause I eat at that Jacks location a lot and usually have no problems getting what I paid for.
