Mixed experience. 👎Had some difficulty finding the place as you can't really access it from Queen Street as the maps and address imply. It's a 'virtual brand' inside Jack's Cafeteria/Jack's Fried Chicken with the main entrance on Aotea Square. You just gotta awkwardly stand by the kitchen door and try get the attention of one of the chefs. I only chose this place for their Classic Fry Loaded Pizza only to realize upon arrival at my car that the fries were missing. I was devastated. Also my chocolate bars had been left on top of the hot pizza box, so by the time I got there, they were partially melted. 👍 That said- besides the missing fries everything else about the pizzas was correct, the pizzas were well made, tasty, well presented, and I was impressed by the overall quality of the ingredients.

The food is usually great, but the fries this time were really disappointing. They were hard, dry, and tasted like they’d been sitting there for a long time.
