Love love love the gravy and biscuits. Just wish they were packaged differently. If the DoorDasher doesn't keep it perfectly flat the gravy gets everywhere all over everything inside the bag. But we still get it because it's the best gravy and biscuits. Also the ice vanilla coffee is amazing.

First, put gravy in cups instead of loosely in container. It goes all over the place. Second, while I realize you all are very busy, why does it take so much longer from Jack's than any other restaurant to receive orders? Your food is great. Timing, not so much. Thank you!

Milkshakes were melted by time they Were delivered, pies and fries always good! Did not like the fact the milkshakes had regular milkshake lids on them, with it being delivered through door dash regular drink lids should of been used
